Bartender – Philosophia Clements Ferry

Philosophia is opening in Clements Ferry, and we are looking for experienced, motivated bartenders to join our team!

We are a Greek restaurant committed to quality food, genuine hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. As a new location, we are looking for bartenders who are knowledgeable, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Bartender Duties:

• Provide friendly, attentive service at the bar and tables
• Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages accurately and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of our beverage menu and answer guest questions
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Manage multiple orders while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Follow recipes, service standards, and alcohol service regulations
• Work with servers, hosts, and management to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly understand, follow, and execute instructions accurately
• Positive and professional attitude
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• ServSafe Alcohol Certified (south carolina law for servers/bartenders who work over 10 hours a week)

Pay:

Estimated $20–$32 per hour, including tips

This is an estimated total earning range and is not guaranteed. Actual earnings will vary based on sales, shifts, tips, and individual performance. As a new location, we anticipate being busy and expect strong earning potential.
