Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Server with Bartending Experience to join our front-of-house team. In this dual role, you will take care of guests on the dining floor while also stepping behind the bar to pour beer and wine, shake craft cocktails, and provide bar guests with exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, guide them through our menu, and make informed recommendations for food, craft cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, enter them into the POS system, and deliver them promptly to tables.
• Prepare and serve standard and specialty cocktails, draft beers, and wines according to house recipes and presentation standards.
• Handle bar service for seated bar patrons while also preparing service tickets for the dining room.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar and server station in full compliance with local health and safety codes.
• Accurately process guest checks, handle cash, and process credit card transactions.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teammates to keep the shift running smoothly during peak rushes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of restaurant serving experience required.
• Bartending experience (or strong barback/cocktail-making foundation) required.
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and standard pouring/mixing techniques.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid California Food Handler Card and RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm and efficient during busy rushes.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $16.90 - $27.62 per hour
