What they need
The Bartender is responsible for the preparing & serving of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages in the gaming & non-gaming areas of the Casino under the rules & regulations of government and Casino standards.
Essential Functions:
- Detailed Work Activities:
- Monitor alcohol consumption of guests
- Up sell at every opportunity (offer additional product)
- Follow assigned side work daily & weekly
- Maintain service standards
- Ensure compliance with rules, regulations & guidelines
- Monitor & maintain all outlet sanitation, storage & rotation of inventory
- Maintain quality & organization of beverage service for assigned bar.
Required:
- Alcohol Awareness Certified through TIPS
- Must work evenings and weekends.
