Bartender

Cocina 53 is looking for an experienced bartender who is friendly, fast, and knows how to create a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, margaritas, micheladas, beer, wine, and spirits
• Provide friendly and attentive service
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Handle orders and payments through our POS system
• Follow proper alcohol service and food safety procedures
• Work well with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff during busy shifts
• Help with opening, closing, restocking, and bar prep

Experience

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, tequila, mezcal, beer, and spirits
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
• Strong customer service and communication skills

We’re looking for someone with good energy who can keep up with a busy bar and make guests feel welcome at Cocina 53.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 15.0 per week
