Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their drinks.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through POS systems.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe drinking environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events to provide seamless service.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and various beverage types is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety practices.

Pay: $5.35 - $10.00 per hour
