Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales.
• Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and rotating products to ensure freshness.
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Clover POS or while handling cash safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
• Develop creative beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to increase sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours or special events like banquets or nightclubs.

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage presentation.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS for processing transactions accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently.
• Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and proper cash handling procedures.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
• Food Service experience and/or certifications are definitely a plus!
