Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and beverage recipe development will help elevate the guest experience. Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to promote sales and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management proactively.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and adhering to legal drinking age regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender with knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, wine service, and craft beer.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage recipe development, spirits, brewing processes, and food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry.

Pay: $22.37 - $26.94 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 38.0 per week
