Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments efficiently.
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance menu offerings and cater to guest preferences.
• Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service during busy hours or special events like banquets or nightclubs.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication.
• Assist with bar management duties when necessary, including training new staff or overseeing shift operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse clientele.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality standards.
• Food safety certification and knowledge of food handling procedures are preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality industry demands.

Pay: $2.13 per hour
