Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an exceptional bar experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations.
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling responsibly.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service.
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to all food safety and liquor laws.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender with strong cocktail mixing skills; dining experience
• Knowledge of POS systems including POS and Micros POS; ability to process transactions swiftly and accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele in a lively environment.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Familiarity with beverage recipe development, mixology techniques, wine knowledge, experience, spirits expertise, and food handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations such as change making and inventory tracking.
• Previous food service or restaurant experience with knowledge of food safety standards is highly desirable.

Pay: $8.00 - $9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
