We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent service and recommendations based on their preferences.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed, utilizing Aloha POS for efficient transaction processing.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to promote responsible drinking.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet events as required.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new drink recipes, and brewing techniques.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending, preferably in a nightclub or fine dining environment.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or similar point-of-sale technology.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus, enhancing the beverage offerings available to patrons.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
