Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour
• Engage with guests to provide personalized service, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure all beverages are stored properly according to food safety standards
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
• Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to keep the menu fresh and exciting
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service support during busy periods or catering events

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender with knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
• Previous experience in fine dining establishments or hospitality industry preferred
• Ability to handle cash handling accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with beverage recipe development and crafting specialty cocktails is highly desirable
• Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management and sales tracking
