Duties

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and specialty beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems (Toast), handling cash and credit payments efficiently.
• Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop new beverage recipes and experiment with mixology techniques to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightlife venues, or hospitality settings; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beer brewing processes, and beverage recipe development.
• Skilled in POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficient in basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Food handling certification and knowledge of food safety standards are preferred.
• Experience with cocktail mixology, beverage presentation, and food service operations is highly desirable.

Pay: From $7.50 per hour
