Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, spirits, juices, coffee, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion, and quality.
• Prepare garnishes and other bar ingredients before service.
• Follow proper procedures for handling and serving alcoholic beverages.

Guest Service

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Take beverage orders accurately and provide recommendations when required.
• Respond to guest requests, questions, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain good communication with guests and other F&B team members.

Bar Operations

• Set up the bar before operation and ensure all required items are available.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the shift.
• Clean and properly store glasses, bar tools, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure all bar equipment is used and maintained properly.

Stock & Inventory Control

• Monitor beverage stock, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
• Assist with daily stock checking and inventory.
• Follow proper procedures for issuing and storing alcoholic beverages.
• Report shortages, breakages, or damaged products to the supervisor.

Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and food safety.
• Follow hotel standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and workplace safety.
• Ensure all beverages and ingredients are stored at the appropriate temperature and condition.
• Handle glassware, bottles, and bar equipment safely.

Closing Duties

• Clean and organize the bar area after service.
• Check and secure beverage stock and equipment.
• Dispose of waste properly.
• Ensure the bar is properly prepared for the next operation.
