BARTENDER

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Welcome customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low or depleted stock to the appropriate supervisor.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process customer payments.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages, glassware, and bar equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, drink preparation techniques, and current offerings.
• Monitor customer needs and provide prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol-service standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking the bar.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Pay: ₦60,000.00 per month
