Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about menu items, and provide personalized service that enhances their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to the ongoing creation of innovative drink menus.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.
• Handle cash handling procedures with precision, including processing payments and balancing registers at shift end.

Experience

• Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within fast-paced environments such as fine dining establishments or nightclubs.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, spirits, and beverage presentation.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction processing.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Prior experience in bar management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
