We are located within Harbour City in the heart of the commercial, shopping and entertainment district, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. We invite applications for the following position:

RESPONSIBILITIES 職責

Create cocktail recipes and make drinks for guests according to recipe unless otherwise instructed by guest.

Knowledgeable of the a la carte menu so that proper recommendations can be given to guests.

Keep accurate count of the wine cellar and bar inventory.

Proficient in all aspects of beverage service, not limited to alcoholic beverages.

了解單點菜單,以便為客人提供適當的建議。

準確統計酒窖和酒吧的庫存。

精通各方面的酒水服務,不局限於酒精飲料。

QUALIFICATIONS 資歷要求

Secondary school.

Bartending school certificate is an advantage.

Minimum 2-4 years of bartending experience or in hotel industry.

Good command speak and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

中學程度。

擁有調酒學校證書是一個優勢。

至少 2-4 年的調酒經驗或酒店業經驗。

良好的英語、粵語和普通話的聽說讀寫能力。
