What they need
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing person to join our team at The Red Hall Hotel and Melange Restaurant and Bar.
The job involves working in ours bars, offering table service and coffee making.
Bar experience is essential.
Are you/ Can you?
A person who can work well within a team?
Be presentable at all times?
Someone with a passion for all things drink?
Organised? - this will be needed for stock taking and efficient service
Be flexible with working days/ hours?
Someone who can work well under pressure/ heat from a busy kitchen or bar area?
Due to location and the occasional late hours of work this position would be best suited to someone local or with a full UK drivers license.
