Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of drinks, including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu innovation to keep offerings fresh and exciting
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment and ordering as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate service during busy periods such as banquets or nightclub events

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions accurately
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Demonstrated ability in food handling, food safety practices, and responsible alcohol service in accordance with local regulations
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts;
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards related to food safety and beverage presentation; nightclub or catering experience preferred
