What You'll Be Doing

As a Bartender at miXt, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while supporting our unique mission. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages with precision and flair.
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Assisting with FOH duties, including taking orders, managing customer interactions, and supporting events.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar and FOH areas.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced bartender who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of drink preparation and bar operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in FOH tasks.
• A passion for hospitality and creating positive customer experiences.
