Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent bartending skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Operate cash registers and handle payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
• Adhere to all food safety and beverage regulations
• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
• Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area

Experience

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or banquet setting
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse customer requests
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Understanding of retail math principles
