Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, attentive manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience, particularly in bartending or serving roles
• Proficiency with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and food handling best practices
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a lively environment
• Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and bill splitting
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
