Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure excellent customer service and promote a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage bar operations efficiently, including processing cash transactions, handling POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and maintaining accurate tabs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during busy periods and special events.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender with knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
• Previous experience in fine dining, nightclub environments, or catering is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of alcohol beverages.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate billing.
• Experience with beverage recipe development and crafting unique drinks is a plus.
• Hospitality industry experience including food service or restaurant background preferred.
