Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at the end of shifts.
• Assist in setting up bar areas for service, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is operational.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including nightclubs, banquets, or catering events.

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and payment processing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a lively atmosphere.
• Experience in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.
• Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices for serving alcohol responsibly while ensuring guest safety.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting can be an added advantage for enhancing guest experience.
