Bartender

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our busy restaurant team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of previous bartending experience and be confident delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You'll be friendly, reliable, and passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every guest while maintaining high standards behind the bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Providing friendly, professional, and attentive customer service.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented bar area.
• Ensuring drinks are prepared consistently and to a high standard.
• Operating the till and handling payments accurately.
• Restocking bar supplies, glassware, and ingredients as required.
• Working closely with the front of house, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth service.
• Following all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements.
• Checking customer identification and following responsible alcohol service procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, pub, or hospitality venue.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and bar service.
• The ability to remain calm, organised, and efficient during busy service periods.
• A positive attitude and strong team-player mentality.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Weekend availability is essential, including evenings.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
