Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
• Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, recommend drinks, and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service.
• Assist with banquet events and catering services as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions are essential.
• Experience in food service, including food safety practices and food handling regulations, is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation will be beneficial.
