Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our growing team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests while crafting a variety of beverages. Your passion for hospitality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to creating an enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the bar’s inventory effectively.
• Collaborate with Managers and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Monitor guest behaviour and enforce responsible drinking policies when necessary.
• Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and food safety practices.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• A friendly demeanour with outstanding communication skills to interact positively with guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Full Christmas availability required apart from christmas day.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
