Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong understanding of food service and beverage preparation. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction with their experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while adhering to retail math principles.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with catering staff during events to provide seamless service for guests.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service and alcohol consumption.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender in settings such as nightclubs, banquets, or catering events is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail math concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the venue's schedule.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
