Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and building rapport to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, adhering to food safety standards.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing and efficient service.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, while complying with all licensing laws and food safety regulations.
• Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other essentials for seamless service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during catering or banquet events, ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
