Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS system
• Manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining excellent time management during busy hours
• Develop innovative beverage recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting for returning guests

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry, including fine dining or nightclub environments
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer brewing, and beverage recipe development
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality standards
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math understanding, and food safety procedures
• Previous experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
