Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our bar, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted beverages, and a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems & handle cash handling duties efficiently.
• Restock supplies as needed, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Collaborate with staff during service hours to ensure smooth operations in both food and beverage service environments.

Experience

• Previous bar experieence or hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cocktail mixing techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple orders efficiently under pressure.
• Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and basic math for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
