Bartender

Job Summary
Basil Asian Fusion is looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking servers to join our team. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktails, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to a positive dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service at the bar
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and proper drink preparation
• Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders
• Verify guest age and follow all responsible alcohol service requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and service areas
• Monitor bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Deliver drinks promptly while maintaining quality and consistency
• Support servers and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to serve alcoholic beverages
• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and drink preparation
• Ability to accurately prepare multiple drinks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Knowledge of food safety, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
