Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Engage with guests in a friendly, positive manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age is met
• Manage cash register transactions, including handling tips and processing payments
• Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines related to food safety and alcohol service

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or serving within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, bartending techniques, and food safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
• Effective time management skills to handle busy service periods seamlessly
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with responsible alcohol service practices and local licensing laws
