We are seeking a refined and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our exclusive, members-only cocktail and cigar lounge. Job Summary

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting expertly balanced cocktails, engaging with members and guests, and maintaining a polished, welcoming bar environment. The ideal candidate brings not only technical skill and speed but also a genuine passion for service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency
• Deliver warm, attentive service while maintaining a professional and poised demeanor
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar at all times
• Work closely with fellow teammates to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours and private events
• Comply with all responsible alcohol service practices and health and safety standards
• Contribute to a culture of care, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred, though a strong willingness to learn and grow in a luxury setting is just as valuable
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and flavor profiles is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to make guests feel welcome
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining grace and composure
• A background in fine dining, hospitality, or private club environments is advantageous

Additional Requirements

• All applicants must be at least 21 years of age by the date of hire
• Due to the nature of our environment, applicants must be comfortable working in an atmosphere where cigar smoke is present
