Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Develop creative beverage recipes and stay current with industry trends in mixology and brewing.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beers, and cocktail recipes; experience in beverage recipe development is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests.
• Food handling certification and knowledge of food safety protocols required.
• Previous experience in hospitality industry roles including serving, bar management, or banquet service is highly desirable.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
