Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Operate SkyTab POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, particularly during catering events or banquets.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
