Lagorio’s Restaurant is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and friendly bartender to join our team! We are a fast-paced, established restaurant looking for someone who provides excellent customer service, works well with others, and can handle a busy bar environment.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Provide friendly, efficient customer service.

Take food and drink orders and accurately process payments.

Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar.

Handle cash and complete end-of-shift cash-outs accurately.

Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Assist coworkers and other areas of the restaurant when needed.

Complete opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred.

Must be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.

Must meet California’s legal requirements for serving alcohol and obtain required certifications.

Experience with POS systems

Position Details

Position: Part-Time / Flex employee

Pay: Based on experience + tips

Schedule: Flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
