Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking PART TIME Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for making and serving beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a bartender you will also take food orders for bar patrons and to-go orders. You may be asked to take tables when necessary. All positions must complete opening and closing side work duties as instructed. The ideal candidate has a flexible schedule and looking for part time work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and restaurant area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods
• Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Utilize sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items effectively.
• Complete cleaning side work daily

Skills

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in bartending techniques and cocktail preparation
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests and provide personalized service.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and processing payments efficiently.
• Familiarity with food service operations, including knowledge of TOAST POS is a plus
• **Must be willing to take and pass alcohol beverage safety training class**
