Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers with precision and flair.
• Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging guests, taking orders, and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy hours or special events like banquets and catering functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, spirits, wine varieties, and brewing processes.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Previous experience with food handling, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event shifts.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management.
