Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency with established recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote beverage sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling responsibilities efficiently
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates to keep offerings fresh and exciting
• Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate stock shortages promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate service during busy periods such as banquets or nightclub events

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or catering environments; previous bar management experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beer trends, and spirits industry standards
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficient in basic math for processing transactions and managing tabs
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Experience in food handling, food safety practices, and sanitation procedures in the food service industry
• Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills during high-volume periods
• Knowledge of beverage recipe development and an enthusiasm for creating innovative drinks

Pay: $14.75 - $45.00 per hour
