Bartender

Wings Over USA is looking for an energetic, dependable Bartender to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who can provide great service, make quality drinks, and help create the fun, laid-back atmosphere our guests expect.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and specialty drinks accurately and consistently
• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take food and drink orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
• Check IDs and follow all alcohol-service laws and company policies
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, organized, and ready for service
• Restock liquor, beer, mixers, glassware, garnishes, and supplies
• Maintain proper cash and credit-card handling procedures
• Monitor guests and practice responsible alcohol service
• Assist with running food, bussing, cleaning, and other FOH duties when needed
• Complete assigned opening, shift, and closing duties
• Work as a team with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management

What We’re Looking For:

• Bartending or restaurant experience preferred
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Positive attitude and team mentality
• Comfortable upselling cocktails, appetizers, and menu specials
• Must be available for nights and weekends
• Must meet all age and certification requirements for serving alcohol
