Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and surrounding work station.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their orders.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through Toast POS systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service of food and drinks.

Skills

• Proficient in using POS systems such as Toast POS for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of dining standards and experience in fast paced restaurant settings is preferred.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Previous experience in the food industry, including bartending, serving, or retail environments is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
