Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing orders, payments, and cash handling efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates based on customer preferences and current trends
• Handle cash transactions accurately while balancing registers at shift end
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service during busy hours or special events like banquets or nightclubs
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper beverage presentation techniques
• Experience working in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Previous experience with beverage recipe development or mixology is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $29.61 per hour
