Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours, special events, or banquets, providing seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, brewing processes, and mixology techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability in beverage recipe development and creative cocktail crafting.
• Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order calculations.
