Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a positive experience and promote beverage sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems, handling cash and credit payments efficiently
• Manage multiple orders simultaneously while demonstrating excellent time management skills during busy periods
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service delivery in dining or banquet settings

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and enthusiastically
• Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and proper alcohol service procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments such as dining or catering events
• Experience with beverage recipe development and mixology techniques is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing
