What they need
Piccolo Morini – Bartender
Piccolo Morini is the latest concept from Altamarea Group — the award-winning hospitality firm behind Marea, Ai Fiori, and 53 — bringing a fresh energy to SoHo with a menu rooted in handcrafted pasta and Italian small plates. A spiritual successor to the beloved Osteria Morini, Piccolo Morini captures everything guests have always craved about the Morini experience: convivial dining, soulful Italian cooking, and a warm, unpretentious atmosphere in the heart of one of New York City’s most vibrant neighborhoods. We offer our team members the opportunity to grow within a respected, people-first organization that is as invested in their success as it is in the guest experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to Altamarea Group standards
- Maintain deep knowledge of the beverage program, including classic and house cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Provide engaging, attentive, and professional guest service at the bar and for service tickets
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all beverage preparation
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the bar at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and ordering as needed
- Follow all DOH regulations, alcohol service laws, and company policies
- Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Uphold a positive, team-oriented work environment
Requirements:
- Open availability with the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or fine dining environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beverage service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits (30 days from date of hire)
- Paid Time Off (progressive with tenure)
