Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to provide personalized service, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor beverage levels to ensure seamless service throughout shifts
• Develop and suggest new beverage recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to ensure safety
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food and beverage pairing recommendations during events like banquets or catering functions
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management in a bustling environment such as nightclubs or fine dining settings

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending within the hospitality industry, including fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry operations
• Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling standards preferred
• Previous experience with bar management or hospitality industry roles is a plus
