Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and safety standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while keeping track of tabs and ensuring timely service
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol consumption and adhere to legal requirements
• Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and special events

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
• Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and food safety standards
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, tabs, and measurements accurately
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Familiarity with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding legal age requirements

Pay: £10.85-£12.30 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
