Bartender

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. If you have a passion for mixology and creating memorable experiences for guests, we would love to have you on board.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
• Utilize Toast POS system for order processing
• Adhere to Food and alcohol safety regulations and guidelines
• Provide exceptional service
• Utilize retail math skills for inventory management
• Apply basic math skills for accurate billing and providing change

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bartending or related roles
• Familiarity with Bartending techniques and best practices
• Knowledge of bartending etiquette and service standards
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Maintain and keep up to date BASSET certification

• Certification in Food safety is a plus
• Strong understanding of sales principles
