bartender

·       Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Bartender, F&B Service Staff, Waiter/Waitress, or in a similar position.

·       Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is preferred.

·       Good to very good English communication skills, both oral and written.

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.

·       Good knowledge of beverage preparation, drink mixing tools, equipment, and basic bartending techniques.

·       Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and proper table service procedures.

·       Able to take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar.

·       Able to serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages, and other F&B items according to hotel standards.

·       Able to provide professional and efficient room service to hotel guests.

·       Able to assist with breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations according to business needs and assigned shifts.

·       Strong task management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks during busy periods.

·       Detail-oriented and able to ensure accuracy in guest orders, food and beverage presentation, and service.

·       Able to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the bar, restaurant, service areas, and equipment.

·       Able to handle guest requests, questions, and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

·       Able to work independently as well as effectively as part of a team.

·       Able to stand, walk, carry trays, and work for extended periods.

·       Willing to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and peak operational periods.

·       Positive attitude, reliable, responsible, and willing to learn and develop professionally.

·       Able to follow hotel policies, SOPs, food safety requirements, and service standards.

·       Able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
