Bartender

Nightclub Bartender Wanted

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy bartender with a pleasing, magnetic personality to join our busy nightclub team. You will be the life of the party behind the bar—delivering fast, flawless drink service while keeping the crowd engaged, energized, and entertained.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a confident, welcoming, and high-energy attitude.

• Mix and serve high-volume drinks, shots, and cocktails with extreme speed and accuracy.

• Entertain guests and manage the bar crowd with flair, positivity, and a calm demeanor.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar station despite the high volume.

Requirements

• Pleasing personality: Outgoing, highly confident, well-groomed, and naturally engaging.
• Speed & stamina: Ability to thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment and stay on your feet.
• Volume experience: Previous experience bartending in a busy nightclub or high-volume bar.
• Communication skills: Exceptional social skills and the ability to connect with guests over loud music.
• Schedule availability: Must be fully available to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule: Late-night weekend shifts (including holidays).
